Folklorita, an Egyptian musical ensemble founded in 2024, breathes new life into traditional folklore with a contemporary twist. Their performances have garnered acclaim for revitalising Egypt's rich musical heritage.

The Maq'ad of Sultan Qaitbey, a historic Sufi complex from 1519-1524, was restored by ARCHiNOS in 2018-2019 with EU funding. Now is part of MASQ (Multicultural and Artistic Space at Qaitbey's) and operated by the Sultan Foundation, it serves as a cultural hub hosting Egyptian and international arts events alongside community programs.
